Caribou on tundra
The Porcupine Caribou herd migrates annually from Northern Alaska (A.N.W.R.) and Yukon North slopes near the Beaufort Sea (these are the areas where they give birth in the spring) southwards to the Tombstone Park area for winter range. It is the largest mammal that migrates in N.A.
